Pair of c1780 French uncut engravings of ruins in original frames

Absolutely stunning and rare pair of engravings, all with four individual images on a sheet, and framed beautifully in the late 18th century. 

These are mainly engraved by Dirge, after Lallamand, with a few other artists and engravers amongst the 8 prints. 

Incredibly decorative with early frames that are just distressed enough, and ready to hang as a pair. 

Estate made frames to fit the sizes of laid paper, so ever so slightly different sizes! 
A true French chateau find.
