Wonderful curio for the wall or dresser. I believe this may be a folk art piece commemorating the 1801 Act of Union with Ireland and Britain, hence the thistle, rose and Irish harp and shamrocks.

Lovely old plate glass and brass fitting to the back. Minor chips to the carving.
