Etching by Anthony van Dyck (1599-1641) of Jan Snellinx from the series The Iconograph.

Circa 1630, this is a very rare piece, engraved by the Flemish old master artist and engraver, Sit Anthony van Dyck.

Active in Italy and Antwerp in the early 17th century, he is a master portraitist, and as shown in this one, able to capture a likeness with few lines!

This etching is in good overall condition, with stains at the corners. In a modern high quality frame, ready to hang.
